Job Summary:
This role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications, and mentoring junior team members. You will be instrumental in building and integrating scalable AI-enabled systems, working with various AI platforms and cloud services. The position demands a strong hands-on approach to drive AI initiatives from conception through to production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise AI solution development.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered applications using modern programming languages and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities for business value.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI team.
• Manage the execution and delivery of AI projects, tracking dependencies and risks.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in AI and automation solution development.
• Proficiency in Python for backend application and integration development.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent concepts.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise applications is preferred.
