Essential Job Functions:
- To Provide Level1 Application Support for Cheque processing Application in Production and Nonproduction environments in India night shifts from IBM office, on weekdays and weekends.
- The resource need to be a quick learner and should have ability to perform Monitoring of the application assigned, Perform activities in the checklist for monitoring, Be available and Online during support hours assigned, Perform steps shared during KT and steps detailed in Level1 Support document as part of incident handling or proactive support.
- Ensure all project and client processes are strictly adhered to.
- During Weekdays, the resource will be working from offshore from IBM office, in India night shifts between 12:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time and from Monday to Friday.
- Weekend support will be on Saturday and Sunday from 9am EST to 9pm EST on a rotational basis and will be IBM Office.
- Weekend support activities will involve oncall support and performing or supporting release and deployments during Saturday or Sunday .
- Also being in AMS for production environment, would need flexibility in timings based on project demands.
- Total Years of Experience: 3+yrs
- Skills expected in Java and in creating and running SQL queries.
- Should have good skills in reasoning, analytical skills, perform Issue analysis and come up with resolutions quickly.
- The resource should be also able to handle bridge calls with client team and have good communication skills.
