About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the Email Team, including email content creation and campaign execution.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Email Team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure team SLAs and operational KPIs are consistently achieved month over month.
- Monitor risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Maintain high-quality standards for email content while meeting project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines for all campaigns.
- Coordinate and provide ongoing communication and operational support to onshore teams.
- Track, monitor, and improve operational metrics to drive team performance.
- Create, manage, and revise project work plans based on changing business requirements.
- Lead business discussions with clients and manage project expectations effectively.
- Negotiate timelines, priorities, and delivery plans with stakeholders.
- Conduct discussions for new business requirements and campaign enhancements.
- Drive continuous process improvements, innovation, and productivity initiatives within the team.
- Design and execute digital marketing advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze direct marketing campaigns from initiation through post-campaign evaluation.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Solve moderately complex business and operational challenges using existing and new approaches.
- Develop new solutions by adapting established methods and best practices.
- Align team activities with strategic objectives defined by senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, supervisors, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Lead medium-sized teams and mentor team members to achieve business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Experience – More than 4 years of experience in Campaign Management
