We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to take ownership of new client acquisition and build a strong sales pipeline from the ground up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and managing the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting to deal closure.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client hiring and business requirements.
  • Present solutions that address client needs and demonstrate long-term business value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to build trust and strengthen partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience after deal closure.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, networking events, and business interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Proven success in generating new business and acquiring enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment while traveling regularly for client meetings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills.

  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face client engagements and business development activities.
