Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong emphasis on Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing frameworks and a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through rigorous testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and performance considerations.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in QA automation and performance testing.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proficient in automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and logs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on Performance Testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
