As Offshore Engagement Manager - Ind, the person will perform the following roles:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts portfolio.
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives and meet targets assigned by the leadership - should have account plans to achieve targets.
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
  • Work with Delivery and Presales to prepare monthly governance Deck and keeping track on project alignment
  • Suggest solutions/Photon services to meet client needs.
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
  • Update CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts to the exec team.
  • Working with Finance team for billing and invoicing.
  • Work with internal recruitment team to hire and fill the roles within engagement.

Key requirements:

To be successful as a Junior Customer Success Manager, candidates should possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT services in client partner, account management and business development roles
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent hands on experience in MS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technology-related environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
