Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Digital Portal Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Digital Portals and AngularJS to design, develop, customize, and support customer-facing insurance portal solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guidewire Digital applications, front-end development using AngularJS, integration services, and Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and development teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly digital experiences for policyholders, agents, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Digital Portal applications.
• Customize and enhance portal functionality using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Guidewire Digital frameworks.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for customer, agent, and self-service portals.
• Integrate Digital Portals with Guidewire applications such as:
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Guidewire BillingCenter
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services for portal integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, and architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve portal performance, usability, and integration issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Insurance domain experience, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C).

Required Experience

• 5 12 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Guidewire Digital Portal development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS and front-end technologies.
• Experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of API-based architecture and microservices.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
