We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong leader to head our <\/span><\/span>Data & AI Engineering function<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role will be responsible for driving the <\/span><\/span>technical vision, delivery excellence, and AI\-first transformation<\/span><\/span><\/b> across our data engineering and analytics teams.<\/span>
<\/span>The ideal candidate will bring a <\/span><\/span>hands\-on leadership approach<\/span><\/span><\/b>, combining deep expertise in data platforms and applied AI with the ability to guide teams, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Role Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span>This position requires a <\/span><\/span>strategic yet hands\-on leader<\/span><\/span><\/b> who can operate across <\/span><\/span>data engineering, analytics, and AI<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and drive the organization toward becoming a truly <\/span><\/span>AI\-native delivery function<\/span><\/span><\/b>. The role demands a balance of <\/span><\/span>technical depth, leadership capability, and business acumen<\/span><\/span><\/b> to deliver impactful, scalable, and future\-ready solutions. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Define and implement the <\/span><\/span>AI\-first engineering strategy<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including standards, frameworks, and best practices across all engagements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a <\/span><\/span>cross\-functional team<\/span><\/span><\/b> of data engineers, analysts, and integration specialists<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive adoption of <\/span><\/span>AI\-assisted development tools<\/span><\/span><\/b> (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as an integral part of the engineering workflow<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Design and deliver <\/span><\/span>advanced AI solutions<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including: <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
      \n
    • LLM integrations ( Large Language Model)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Prompt engineering frameworks<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Agentic workflows<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • RAG\-based architectures<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul><\/li>\n
    • Architect and oversee <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end data solutions<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including cloud data platforms, ERP integrations, and reporting systems<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Act as the <\/span><\/span>technical authority<\/span><\/span><\/b>, providing hands\-on guidance through solution design, code reviews, and engineering best practices<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities for <\/span><\/span>AI\-driven optimization and automation<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Establish and enforce <\/span><\/span>data governance, quality standards, and responsible AI practices.<\/span><\/span><\/b>\n
      Required Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • 10+ years of experience in <\/span><\/span>data engineering, analytics, or data platform development<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in <\/span><\/span>applied AI\/ML<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including LLMs and modern AI frameworks<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven, day\-to\-day experience with <\/span><\/span>AI\-assisted development tools<\/span><\/span><\/b> (such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated success in leading <\/span><\/span>technical teams within consulting or managed services environments<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong ability to translate <\/span><\/span>technical solutions into business value<\/span><\/span><\/b> for stakeholders.<\/span>

        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Expertise in building and managing <\/span><\/span>ETL\/ELT pipelines<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with <\/span><\/span>business intelligence tools<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)<\/span>
