Senior Manager - Group Corporate Treasury & Finance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

FEMA and RBI Compliance:

• Supporting and advising Internal teams on ODI, FDI & other FEMA matters
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking requirements for treasury transactions like APR filing, FCGPR Reporting, FLA return, RBI Project Profile reconciliation and other FEMA compliances.
• Work with bankers and internal team on processing of FDI / ODI transactions
• Seeking RBI approvals for various Forex Transactions - BOE waiver, PCG issuance etc

CORPORATE FINANCE AND AUDIT:

• Provide the necessary details to various auditors and ensure that all the clarifications are provided on time.
• Monitoring & Digitisation of Group Debt and Internal funding tables.
• Monitoring end use of funding to group companies and its reporting to internal stake holders
• Timely renewal of credit ratings. Ensuring all queries and compliances of Credit rating agencies are given in timely manner.
• Inter-company loan (to Subsidiaries) - Documentation, Interest rate benchmarking and close monitoring of timely repayments.
• Monitoring Group Companies compliances - CFO Certificate and close monitoring

Experience

5-10 years of experience in corporate treasury or Bank with sound understanding of compliance.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

CA/CS/CFA/MBA Finance

General Requirements

1. Solid understanding of banking. Understanding Group ICD & Companies Act provisions.

2. Good verbal and writing skills are essential

3. Proven ability to meet multiple tight deadlines

4. Ability to multi-task and complete assignments for multiple stakeholders

5. Aptitude to excel in a dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects with varying deadlines

Behavioural Competencies required
