As the Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the credit strategy and operations of the Vishwas-Credit department. Your primary focus will be to ensure the department's credit policies and procedures are aligned with the bank's overall objectives and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of credit analysts and underwriters, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree in finance or credit management.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a proven track record of leading and managing credit departments.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment techniques, with the ability to make sound credit decisions.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software, as well as strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
