The role
We are seeking a strategic Presales / Solution Consultant with deep expertise in the Cybersecurity and UEM domain. In this Senior role, you will be the technical architect behind our sales success- bridging the gap between complex security requirements and Hexnode's cutting-edge solutions. You will drive the presales lifecycle, lead high-stakes technical engagements, and ensure seamless implementation for our global enterprise clientele.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Lead technical discovery sessions to translate complex enterprise business needs into robust, scalable security architectures.
- Executive Demonstrations & POCs: Command high-stakes product demonstrations and orchestrate complex Proof-of-Concept (POC) deployments that clearly validate Hexnode's value proposition to potential clients.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted consultant to C-level executives and IT Directors, providing authoritative guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Bid Management: Lead the technical response for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring all documentation is meticulous and competitive.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer feature requests and influence the product roadmap.
- Performance Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by overseeing the transition from presales to successful long-term implementation. Required Skills &
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Presales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a focus on UEM, MDM, or RMM.
- Deep technical understanding of enterprise-grade security and device management for global organizations.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior decision-makers, including CTOs, CISOs, and IT Directors. You should be comfortable navigating complex organizational hierarchies to identify and address the pain points of key stakeholders.
- A proven track record of managing complex customer expectations and solving "blocker" technical challenges under pressure.
- An innate ability to distill intricate technical architectures into clear, value-driven narratives that resonate with both deep-level engineers and non-technical business leaders.
- Advanced aptitude for managing customer expectations, rapidly identifying technical "blockers," and negotiating solutions that align client needs with Hexnode's capabilities. Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering compelling technical pitches to large enterprise audiences and diverse groups of stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience in the full presales lifecycle-from initial discovery and use-case mapping to orchestrating persuasive product demonstrations and managing complex Proof-of-Concept (POC) success criteria.
- A robust understanding of network security principles (VPN, Proxy, Firewall), Zero Trust frameworks, endpoint protection strategies, and overarching cloud-integrated IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field (preferred). BE/B-Tech.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in advanced network security methodologies and comprehensive endpoint management strategies.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge cloud security concepts, architectures, and associated technologies.
