Job Overview: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience
Core Objective: Design, develop, and support end-to-end integrations, automated business workflows, and custom user interfaces spanning Oracle PaaS/SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Integration Development (OIC / ICS)

Build complex, multi-step integrations and consume REST/SOAP APIs using Oracle adapters.
Execute data transformations using XSLT, XPath, XML, JSON, and WSDL.
Establish reusable fault-handling, logging, and error frameworks.

2. Process Automation (PCS / OPA)

3. SaaS / PaaS Connectivity & Security

Connect hybrid cloud/on-premises systems (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, SAP, EBS).
Manage security protocols including OAuth, certificates, and identity management.

4. Custom UI Development (VBCS)

Build custom web and mobile apps using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Extend Oracle SaaS applications with role-based UIs integrated into OIC workflows.

5. Support, Operations & Data Management

Monitor integrations, troubleshoot high-volume/large file transfers (FTP/SFTP), and manage code promotions.
Support data migrations and reporting using FBDI, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI.

Skill Requirements Mandatory (Must-Have)

5-8 years of enterprise-scale experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
Solid command of API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
Familiarity with OCI concepts and cloud security best practices.

Preferred (Good-to-Have)
