Job Summary:
This role involves providing expert remote technical support to SaaS customers, resolving complex networking and security issues. You will act as a key point of contact, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience with our cloud-first solutions. Collaboration with internal engineering teams will be crucial for driving product improvements and delivering timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote technical assistance for SaaS clients and partners.
• Investigate and resolve customer technical challenges.
• Document technical findings and solutions.
• Work with engineering to enhance product features and fix bugs.
• Troubleshoot and configure relevant software for testing. Must-Have Skills:
• Minimum 1 year in a Technical Assistance Center role.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in Networking and Cybersecurity solutions is preferred for this role.
