Job Summary
We are looking for an Email Template Developer with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js to design and develop responsive, dynamic email templates. The ideal candidate should have experience creating cross-client compatible email campaigns, working with customer engagement platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication templates.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js.
• Build and manage Email, SMS, IVR, and RCS communication templates using internal tools and Amazon Pinpoint.
• Ensure cross-client compatibility by testing email templates across multiple email clients using tools such as Email on Acid.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive email templates.
• Maintain and update communication templates based on business requirements.
• Track tasks using Jira, manage defects in Octane, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering and compatibility issues across email clients and devices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Hands-on experience with Handlebars.js
• Experience in responsive email template development
• Knowledge of email client compatibility and best practices
• Familiarity with Amazon Pinpoint
• Experience with Email on Acid or similar email testing tools
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive email templates
• Working knowledge of Jira and Octane
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
