Qualifications

• Overall 12+ years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in configuring Collibra DQ and observability tools.
• In-depth knowledge of data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards, and experience in their implementation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in integrating Collibra CDQ with other governance and BI tools is essential.
• Proficiency in data validation and source-to-target verification processes.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to governance documentation.
• Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and its databases is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to data quality challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for data quality and governance.
