Job Title / Position: SolidWorks Project lead
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Shift: 11am to 8am or 12pm to 9pm
Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the SolidWorks PDM
upgrade project, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project plan, milestones, and deliverables for the PDM upgrade.
Coordinate activities across engineering, IT, and vendor teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change control.
Track progress, prepare status reports, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate communication, meetings, and decision-making across teams.
Ensure compliance with customer processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing CAD/PDM/PLM or IT infrastructure upgrade projects.
Strong understanding of SolidWorks PDM architecture and deployment lifecycle.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
