Job Description:
Recommendation of technical help through easy steps
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills
Software or Service packages to be sold
Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.

Minimum 6 months EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE from Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable

Salary: 1,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. Lucrative incentive scheme for outstanding performance

Shift timing - Both Morning and night shift

Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
Candidates must have minimum 6 months of relevant documented experience.
Undergraduates are also eligible
Must have basic to moderate knowledge of computer functionality.
Must have flawless vocabulary & neutral accent
Must be comfortable with night shift
Must be a good team player
Candidates having soft skill will be preferred
