Full Stack Developer – Loan IQ SDK Development Expertise (Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular)
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Loan IQ SDK development expertise, solid Core Java fundamentals, and hands-on experience building enterprise integrations and modern UI applications. You will design and enhance Loan IQ customizations using SDK and Scripted APIs, build backend services using Spring Boot, and develop React or Angular-based user interfaces for lending workflows, dashboards, and operational tools.
Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Client Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do:
Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of hands-on Loan IQ development, customization, implementation, migration, or upgrade experience.
- Strong experience with Loan IQ SDK, Scripted APIs, and custom development on the Loan IQ platform.
- Strong Core Java fundamentals and backend development experience using Spring Boot and REST services.
- Frontend development experience with React or Angular for enterprise applications, workflow tools, or operational dashboards.
- Experience integrating Loan IQ with external systems using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle including deal setup, servicing, accruals, payments, repricing, settlement, and loan accounting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Loan IQ customizations, backend services, frontend applications, and enterprise integrations.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with Loan IQ Batch framework, Remote Ops, or related operational tooling
- Familiarity with Loan IQ data models and integration design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with microservices and API design best practices
- Exposure to messaging platforms such as Kafka, Tibco, or IBM MQ
- Experience with Loan IQ Nexus or Loan IQ Build
Education:
- BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
