As part of the rollout of the Group Artificial Intelligence strategy, the Group AI Office wishes to obtain a service aimed at structuring and formalizing standards for executing AI use cases, applicable across the Societe Generale Group. The beneficiary wishes to implement several changes to its technical foundation. In this context, SG wishes to benefit from the Supplier's expertise in managing and administering business IT systems. The service will cover three workstreams: 1. Establishment of a comprehensive mapping of the AI standards to be covered:- Qualified according to relevant dimensions (AI / GenAI, agent / non-agent, internal developments / external solutions, audience developing the AI solution, users of the AI solution made available, etc.);- Prioritized and sequenced in a roadmap to support secure AI implementation within the SG Group. 2. Establishment of the following AI standards: 1. Standards relating to the implementation of an internal agentic platform made available to Data Labs; 2. Citizen AI standards, including deployment of Microsoft Power Platform to a targeted user population; 3. Other standards identified as priorities in the mapping established under the first workstream. These standards will be established through analysis of the relevant issues and stakeholders, taking into account their roles, constraints and recommendations, through co-construction where appropriate. They must fit within the broader Group AI guidelines already in place. 3. Definition of simple and actionable monitoring principles, and contribution to requirements for tool changes and / or dashboard implementation where appropriate.

1. Scoping note (Word format), available at project start and updated continuously:- The approach selected to address the three workstreams, including any limitations and points requiring attention;- The schedule, including deliverable cadence and review / validation milestones.

2. Mapping document (PowerPoint format), including:- A comprehensive overview of the AI standards to be addressed as priorities;- A focus on priority standards, including the issues and recommended approach;- An overall roadmap sequencing all AI standards to be covered over time.

3. AI standards document (PowerPoint format), including:- Formalization of all rules and principles relating to the five standards covered, in the most actionable and educational format possible (principles, steps, process diagrams, interactions between stakeholders, etc.), tailored to the final user audience;- Adjustment of the standards by supporting their application to a targeted set of use cases: test applicability on a representative, prioritized sample and revise the rules where necessary.

4. Monitoring implementation note (Word format), describing:- Indicators to monitor, data sources, frequency and granularity;- Where applicable, tool changes required to operate the monitoring, serving as the basis for drafting business requirements. 5. Executive presentation materials (PowerPoint / Word format): summary materials for decision-making bodies to validate the proposed standards and monitoring approach
