Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Provide consultancy for PIM Application and address the Data analysis that mainly touch the Business Process Re-engineering changes, associated interfaces and integration.
• DO Requirement Gathering and preparation of Functional Specification Document for Design Team and assist with Technical Requirement document for all future projects or changes initiated by the business.
• Perform the necessary testing and quality assurance processes for the Business Process changes in PIM.
• Provide the business-critical data as per requirement in the forms of Reports.
• Build Ad-hoc Request/queries for PIM Data Analysis.
• Document PIM application requirements.
• Perform Impact analysis of the major requirements and developments on the PIM application
• Co-ordinate the design and major enhancement related to PIM and its interfaces.
• Coordinate with Business Units as the point of contact managing the user base and their expectations.
• Ensure Effective Documentation and Knowledge Management.
• Participate in business case development for more use of PIM Application.
• Coordinate in analysis and design of PIM issues.
• Collaborate with Project team during Software upgrades and Server Migration.

Generate Reports that helps management in decision making, including but not limited to data extraction and analysis.
