L3 JD:
We are looking for a highly skilled Networking L3 SMEs (with 15 Plus Years of experience ) provide expertise in the design, deployment, and management of network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for resolving complex networking issues, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust and secure network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise:
Design, configure, and troubleshoot advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and data center networks. Implement and manage enterprise-level routing and switching technologies (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.). Configure and optimize network security solutions, such as firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and NAC.
Skills - Network Management services:
2. Problem Solving:
Serve as the escalation point for L1 and L2 network engineers for complex issues.
Analyze and resolve critical incidents promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and develop preventive strategies.
3. Project Management:
Lead network upgrade and migration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
4. Documentation and Training:
Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers, enhancing their technical skills.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, and security teams to align networking strategies with business goals. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, support, and updates.
