A SAP BTP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) consultant for E-invoicing implementation needs to design, implement, and configure SAP DRC solutions, ensuring compliance with e-invoicing regulations, particularly in the European market. This involves analyzing business requirements, proposing solutions, and configuring SAP DRC on S/4HANA. The consultant will also be responsible for developing customized reports and integrating with external systems for e-invoicing. |
Key Responsibilities: | |
Solution Design and Business Analysis: | |
Analyze business needs, assess SAP DRC module coverage, propose end-to-end SAP DRC solutions aligned with legal and business requirements, and provide workload estimations. | |
Implementation and Configuration: | |
Lead design workshops, implement and configure SAP DRC, develop country-specific customized reports, and ensure compliance with Indian e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations. | |
Integration: | |
Seamlessly integrate SAP DRC with SAP S/4HANA system, and potentially with external platforms for e-invoicing and e-reporting. | |
Compliance Monitoring: | |
Continuously monitor and update compliance requirements, ensuring the company meets all regulatory obligations. | |
Process Optimization: | |
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate invoicing processes, improving accuracy and efficiency. | |
Documentation: | |
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and integrations. | |

Required Skills and Experience: | |

Knowledge of European e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations. | |
Experience with external bolt-on solutions like Peppol | |
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. | |
Experience with data mapping and format conversion for e-invoicing. | |
Understanding of SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) and its role in e-document processing (optional). | |
Experience with XML formats and Web Services for communication with external systems (optional). | |
