Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in networking Domain

DOCSIS Technology: Experience with DOCSIS technology, including CMTS and cable modem configurations.

Splunk Experience, SQL average experience.

• Network Management Protocols: Knowledge of network management protocols, including SNMP, TR-069, and DOCSIS management APIs.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for applications in production environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Create playbooks for common issues and optimize application performance and reliability

- Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of support activities

- Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in application support or similar role

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
