Detailed job description - Skill Set:

Key Responsibilities Azure MLOps

Pipeline Development:

• Design and implement robust ML pipelines using Azure Machine Learning services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production.

Good knowledge in Azure Databricks

Automation and CI/CD:

• Automate the training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models using Azure DevOps.
• Implement CI/CD practices to streamline model updates and versioning.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor the performance of deployed models and ensure they meet operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ML models.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ML processes, pipelines, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance on ML best practices.

Experience:

• Proven experience in MLOps or similar roles, particularly with Azure services.
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle management and data preprocessing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
