SAP PLM

Key responsibilities:

• Change Management:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
• Environment Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment of releases.
  • Ensure releases are delivered on within defined scope and quality parameters.
  • Conduct post-release reviews and implement improvements in Environment if any in collaboration with SAP.
  • Transport configuration management across instances – during program releases
• SAP BASIS Administration:
  • Administer and configure SAP systems, landscapes, and modules.
  • User Access Management Module & GRC/Empower-ID know-how
  • Monitor and manage SAP PLM systems' performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Monitor/Manage system installations, patches, upgrades, and backups.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with internal, external stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of changes to L1/L2 teams during BAU transitions.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies .
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Essential

• Strong understanding of release and change management principles and practices.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with relevant tools and technologies (e.g.,BASIS-Adminstration, ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

Desirable

• Technical experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector
• Knowledge of PLM domain
• Technical experience with SAP tech-Stack – ERP, MDG, S4/HANA, EPF etc.
