• Integration experience, Logic Apps, Azure Integration Service and Function Apps.
• Experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer.
• Good experience in Customization, Configuration across modules (Sales, Service).
• Good experience in Ribbon customization, sitemap editing and App designing.
• Good experience in JavaScript and C# , plugin and workflow.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, GIT and TFS.
• Good experience in Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, rest builder and OOTB CRM.
• Acquaintance on Integration of Dynamics CRM with other system.
• Excellent debugging the existing issue and communication skills
• Extensive experience in OOTB capabilities, configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications, ideally Sales or Customer Service.
• Workshop facilitation, storyboarding and prototyping.
• Experience in business analysis activities advantageous.
• Experienced with Agile delivery methodologies advantageous.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform advantageous.
