Job Title: Business Analyst (Software Development & Integrations)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on projects involving integrations with multiple systems. You will drive successful project delivery from initial concept through to user acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Collaborate extensively with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, user stories, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.

· SDLC & Agile Participation: Actively participate across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including contributing to sprint planning sessions and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables within an Agile framework.

· Process Optimization & Analysis: Create process flow diagrams and other visual documentation to represent current business processes, conduct thorough gap analysis to identify inefficiencies, and propose opportunities for optimization.

· Testing & User Acceptance (UAT): Provide critical support during development and testing phases, clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and directly assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation and execution of UAT test cases.

· Stakeholder Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring mutual understanding and alignment throughout project execution.

· Change Management & Adoption: Assist in change management efforts by developing user documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing essential support to end-users during system rollouts and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

· Location: This position is based in Bangalore or Indore.

· Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working on software development projects, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.

· Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to write detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

· Project Methodologies: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience working within Agile or other project management methodologies, including participation in sprint planning.

· Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· System Integration Experience: Familiarity with enterprise software such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other complex enterprise applications, particularly in projects involving integrations with multiple systems. Experience with financial or supply chain operations is a plus.

· Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
