Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

i. Should have experience in conducting AS-IS studies and To Be documentation.

ii. Prior Genpact IP product experience valuable.

iii. Oversee current state analysis based on documentation existing with client teams & incumbent Vendor partner

iv. Organize workshops for understanding AS IS processes for GBS towers - Order Management (OM) and Trade Coe (including Trade-to-cash (TTC) and Invoice to cash elements)

v. Organize user interviews to understand process level details from stakeholders in OM and TTC services.

vi. Ensure proper conduct of interviews/ workshops with the current incumbent service provider teams to understand the process and workflow, and technical solution elements and steps

vii. Arrange for Demo of current tool landscape

viii. Ensure the current challenges and Business teams expectations are documented well by the technical team and incorporate in To-Be Processes

ix. Ensure timely delivery of To-Be Processes and workflows, solution architecture, design and document of all proposed integration and workflows

Deliver the To-Be solution and secure sign off from client stakeholders.
