Job Description:
• ServiceNow Development & Implementation experience -
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, CMDB, Catalogue Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Asset management.
• Highly proficient in ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP & REST.
• Experience in Client-side & Server-side scripting within ServiceNow, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web services and Angular JS.
Essential Skills: • Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
Good to Have-• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Certified Implementation Specialist. |
