- Lead and execute the SingleStore-to-Oracle data migration, including schema mapping and transformation logic.
- Design and run large-scale data validation scripts using Python and SQL/PLSQL to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and referential integrity post-migration.
- Develop utilities or automation scripts for row count verification, checksum validation, and delta detection.
- Coordinate closely with DBAs and platform teams on cutover and rollback strategies.
- Write and optimize complex queries for performance, especially across large datasets.
- Perform deep data analysis to identify anomalies, data quality issues, or integrity risks during migration.
- Assist functional teams with root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
- Partner with Finance and Ops teams to streamline and optimize month-end close data processing, reducing latency and manual effort.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python-based ETL or workflow orchestration
- Create and maintain end-to-end documentation covering data flows, transformation logic, reconciliation steps, and exception handling. Prepare handover playbooks for operational teams (L1/L2), including alerting, health checks, and recovery procedures.
- Act as the L2 support owner post-migration for any data flow issues or unexpected behavior in Oracle platform.
- Monitor data pipelines, job schedules, and proactively flag anomalies.
- Work with upstream/downstream teams to resolve platform issues impacting business operations
