• Required Skills:

• Experience of 8-10 years with IBM i (AS/400) in application development and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in RPG (IV/LE/Free), CL, and DB2/400
• At least 8+ years of experience with SYNON/2E.
• 8+ years of experience in RxClaim.
• Experience with ILE concepts, SQL.
• Familiarity with change management tools like Aldon.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications on the AS400 platform.
• Work with RPG, CL, and DB2 to design and implement solutions.
• Perform system analysis, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
