Solution Design & Implementation
- Analyze commercial business processes and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP modules including SD, CRM, Pricing, and Contracts.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow.
Project Delivery & Support
- Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations and enhancement projects.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business users and SAP technical teams.
- Provide advisory support on commercial process optimization and SAP best practices.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals and compliance standards.

Mandatory skills* |
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD/CRM or related commercial modules.
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Pricing Strategies, Customer Master Data, and Billing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and integration with other modules (FI, MM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certification in SD or CRM is preferred.
