Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems using connectors.
• Create custom UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workflow and design solutions.
• Optimize automation for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Document workflows, design standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power Automate and related tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end customization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.
• Understanding of data security and compliance in automation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
