Job Title: Dynamics 365 Senior DevOps Engineer
About the Company:
Position Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical design, deployment, integration, and security of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. You will ensure high-quality development practices and smooth operations in a complex ERP landscape. With deep experience in D365 development and configuration, you will support both project delivery and continuous operations.
You will collaborate with functional analysts, solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure D365 solutions.
Technical Skillset:
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and configuration.
- Solid understanding of X++ programming, extensions, integrations, and lifecycle services (LCS).
- Knowledge of D365 technical architecture and deployment architecture.
- Expertise in integration architecture, including APIs, data entities, and middleware connectivity.
- Experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for D365 F&O.
- Good understanding of security architecture within D365 and Azure (roles, permissions, security layers).
- Proficiency in managing deployments, releases, and monitoring of D365 environments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using X++ and Azure services.
- Define and maintain deployment pipelines, branching strategies, and release management using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with functional teams to align technical development with business needs.
- Ensure secure, performant, and reliable D365 solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the D365 technical landscape.
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Drive technical innovation and process improvement across the ERP DevOps lifecycle.
Preferred and good to have skills:
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Fluency in English is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT, with 3–5 years in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and DevOps.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining deployment and integration architectures for ERP platforms.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.
