Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• 4+ years of experience in telecom billing operations or TEM platform support (Calvi preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the Calvi TEM platform architecture, configuration, data handling, and user management from a vendor perspective.
• Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and enterprise customer service models.
• Experience in handling enterprise customer billing cycles, invoice processing, and telecom usage data delivery.
• Proficient in file transformations, data validation, and structured formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Familiarity with telecom billing systems (e.g., CSG, Amdocs, Ericsson BSCS, Netcracker, or in-house systems).
• Strong SQL skills for data queries and reconciliations.
• Understanding of CDRs, usage classification (voice/data/roaming), and telecom tax & regulatory charges.
• Familiarity with SFTP, middleware tools, and data flow integration mechanisms.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools for incidents and change tracking.
• Comfortable working under SLAs and high-volume enterprise account expectations.
