Job Responsibilities:

Lead the migration from LDAP to SAML/OmniAuth authentication systems within our Ruby on Rails application.

Collaborate with the Identity Access Management (IAM) team to set up and validate certification and authentication processes.

Oversee the removal of LDAP dependencies and implement new configurations.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of the authentication systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any emerging issues post-migration.

Document processes and changes thoroughly for future reference.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.

Proven expertise in authentication mechanisms, particularly with SAML and OmniAuth.

Strong understanding of server setup, configurations, and cloud environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with diverse teams and managing project timelines efficiently.

Knowledge of non-production and production environments.
