1. Talent should have complete hands-on experience into LINUX Administration with Commands execution – This is Compulsory

2. Talent should have 6+ years of complete hands-on experience into JIRA and Confluence Administration with not only in UI but also from the backend environment activities

3. Talent should have hands-on experience in Service Now Ticket Management end-to-end process

4. Talent should have JIRA & Confluence On-Premise, Cloud & Datacenter environment administration experience

5. Should have hands-on experience into JIRA Installation, Upgrades, Migration process

6. Should have hands-on experience into Confluence Installation, Upgrades, Migration (Space Creations, Migrations etc) process

7. Should be a strong Individual Contributor
