Pega Senior Decision Architect (CDH) If you want to be part of team destined to disrupt the market with fresh approach to MarTech implementation, join us. We are looking for Pega CDH Decision Architect who can work across entire project lifecycle to help transition initiative from build to run. Candidate should have good understanding of MarTech ecosystem to help organisation build decisioning roadmap as well as enable them through execution in consultation with development teams. He/she will be go-to expert for designing next best action strategies on Pega CDH. Experience: • 4+ years relevant experience delivering technology solutions with Pega platform with at least 2 years in CDH. • Certified Pega Decisioning consultant. Past SA certifications will be a plus. • Able to engage clients, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable decisioning strategies. • Strong analytical skills to help generate insights to improve campaign outcomes for clients. • Good understanding of Java, jQuery and other frameworks. • Experience working in agile squads and using tools like Jira/ADO/Confluence. • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage business and technical stakeholders. • Able to work with cloud platforms and artificial intelligence technologies. Responsibilities: • Deliver best in class 1:1 customer engagement for our clients using Pega Customer Decision Hub. • Implement decisioning using next best action designer framework to build actions, treatments. • Maintain and enhance arbitration framework to help improve action response rates. • Good understanding of simulation, scenario planner and BOE as well as decision strategies, adaptive models, etc. • Help design data modelling including maintaining xCAR and channel integrations across digital, CRM and outbound channels. • Able to work with CDH sending decisions to other MarTch tools like Salesforce, Adobe, etc. • Able to ingest and build profile for decisioning from CDP. • Able to add value to all phases of project lifecycle as well as support in presales work on CDH. • Able to conduct workshops, if needed. • Collaborate with team's from engineering, data, channels, analytics, etc.
