QA Engineer – Python & Networking
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in automation testing using Python and Pytest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, and preferably experience in the Cable Modem domain and RDK-B (Reference Design Kit for Broadband). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our networking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test cases using Python and the Pytest framework.
• Develop and maintain test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform manual testing when necessary to validate edge cases or complex scenarios.
• Work with networking protocols and devices, especially in the Cable Modem domain.
• Validate and verify features and fixes in RDK-B based systems.
• Maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, and test results.
