Total Yrs. of Experience*	6 to 8+ years
Relevant Yrs. of experience*	6 to 8+ years of experience in creating relevant learning content
Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)	Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning, ILTs, and vILTs Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them, and create material that meet the client specified-requirements Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix, Walk ME etc...
Mandatory skills*	Instructional Design, strong English written skills
Desired skills*	Storyboarding, experience, specifically in creating eLearning, ILT and vILT based training content
Domain*	Training Content Design and Development
Work Location*	Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, HYD, Noida, Gurgaon & Chennai.
Work Mode*	Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
