Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules like GL, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Procurement and business process framework.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Workday Finance implementations.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business users.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting, security roles, and business process configuration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Workday Finance modules accordingly.
• Drive and support end-to-end implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Perform hands-on configuration of financial business processes, validations, condition rules, and approvals.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Design and develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and dashboards for finance stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday Financials modules and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Workday and third-party systems (banks, payroll, tax, etc.)
