· Design and build applications for the iOS platform.

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

· Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Business Justification

Shortage of FTEs for Senior iOS Developer role. Also, Client is looking for the resources to start immediately, as the project is already up and running. Moreover, the resource is required to work from the client location in Hyderabad all five days of the week from 12pm to 9pm IST.

Mandatory skills*

Objective-C, Swift and Cocoa Touch, Swift UI; Umbrella Framework; OOPS; iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc; iOS applications (MVC, MVVM, MVP, VIPER), Restful APIs; Apple's design principles and interface guidelines

Desired skills*

· Proficient with Objective-C, Swift and Cocoa Touch, Swift UI

· Good to have SwiftUI.

· Should have experience in building Umbrella framework.

· Should have strong knowledge in Architecting complex iOS applications (MVC, MVVM, MVP, VIPER)

· Strong OOPS Knowledge

· Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

· Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

· Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines

· Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.

· Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and Shark

· Knack for benchmarking and optimization.

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, TFS or SVN

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and devOps concepts
