Detailed job description - Skill Set:

• 8+ years of project management for automation project delivery
• Led and management enterprise level projects, managed team of 10+ resources
• Lead the developers to design, develop, and deploy Azure cloud chatbot solutions
• Lead implementation of projects using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Implementation Knowledge of front-end technologies and Agile methodologies
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and LLM technologies.
• Contribute to research initiatives and innovation projects within the company.
• End to end delivery ownership of large-scale automation projects
• Manage squads, project sprint planning and delivery timelines
• Work closely with management and multiple teams to coordinate development, testing and integration activities
• Worked in Client managed delivery, preferably 'Automation as a Service'
• Working Knowledge of DevOps and associated tools for project management
• Working knowledge of Scrum methodology and associated ceremonies
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
