Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Database Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and maintaining relational databases, performing data migrations across environments, and automating deployments using industry-standard tools. Experience with AWS cloud-based database services is essential, as our infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain relational database schemas and objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to support scalable and efficient data operations.
• Perform data migration across environments (Dev, QA, Prod) using tools such as DACPAC, BACPAC, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Automate database deployments and versioning using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) integrated with CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable releases.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards through robust access controls, auditing, and validation mechanisms.
• Manage and support cloud-based database infrastructure on AWS, including services like Amazon RDS and S3 for data storage and backups.
