Job Description:

1. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

4. Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution.

5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing

7. Attend daily stand up and other agile ceremonies

8. Execute test cases and able to switch and work on multiple projects in a day.

9. Clearly communicate and explain defect details, test scenarios to developer, QA lead and leadership.

10. Debug root cause before logging defects.

11. Send daily status report and attend meetings throughout the work shift.

12. Work in US CST time shift. (6:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST) – Night Shift IST.

Mandatory Skills:
Quality Assurance professional with Strong Knowledge of QA Process and methodologies – required skillsets Postman, Soap UI, putty, Splunk, Offset explorer/Kafka

Excellent communication skill and fluent in Speaking and writing English

Experienced in Agile testing methodologies.
