Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SAP Employee Central solutions to the customers Min Relevant experience of 10 + yrs in Employee Central and SAP S/4 HANA Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions Able to guide the customers, both on-site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win Experience of working in the remote delivery model Application-specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint/configuration workbook, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support) Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings Develop and Assure quality of process models Demonstrating advanced / expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools |
