Min 5 years with hands on experience
Production Support , change management ,Incident Management , exposure in ITIL , Cloud exposure , Root cause analysis , exposure to monitoring tools for Cloud applications , Stakeholder Communcation , Responsive and passionate in improvement in the existing processes , Basic knowledge in windows patching and power shell scripts
