• 8+ years of Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT Testing experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Payroll.

• Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Oracle HCM), Payroll and integration testing experience is preferred.

• Payroll process knowledge and experience is mandatory.

• Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations in ERP applications and handling Absence, Accruals, Timekeeping & Payroll modules.

• Hands on experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case preparation and Test execution.

• Need good functional tester with good communication skills.
