Job Title: IT User Experience Dashboard Developer

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain IT User Experience dashboards in Splunk (and in the future Dynatrace SAAS) that provide a unified view of real user experiences

· Integrate Dynatrace input with log files from different web applications, their backends, and infrastructures.

· Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving user experience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the dashboards meet business needs.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the dashboards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dashboard functionality and data integration.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall user experience.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization in Splunk

· Strong knowledge of Dynatrace and experience integrating it with other data sources.

· Experience with log file analysis from web applications, backends, and infrastructures and the ability to dig into details to uncover insights

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills:

· Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.

· Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.

· Knowledge of scripting languages and automation.

· Expert in Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management

· Proven experience in developing with Splunk SPL, knowledge of Dynatrace Grail and DQL

· Experience with Git and GitHub for versioning and collaboration.
