Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in implementing and supporting D365 F&O Manufacturing modules. Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle D365 F&O Manufacturing implementations
Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Manufacturing (MB-320), are highly desirable.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in D365 F&O Manufacturing modules, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
As a D365 F&O Manufacturing Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions for manufacturing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. |
Mandatory skills |
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O Manufacturing modules, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Solution Design: Develop functional designs and specifications for manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate D365 F&O solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the D365 F&O system.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features and industry trends, recommending improvements and enhancements to clients. |
